The New Office Building of Bertram Chemical Co., Ltd. which is very long history company for the Aromatic products in Thailand. The location of the new building uses the same location of their previous main factory.  The designer makes the new master plan and new interior design to be encouraged for the new generation team to live, learn and work in this building. Including with the main Mint Café flagship shop on the first floor with the long window display along with the main street to serve some Drive-In customers. Besides, this Mint Café has the Pet-friendly Room for the customers could bring their pet friend to create the new pet café community.
