The First Hokkaidon Restaurant in Bangkok serving the real Hokkaido Style food.  Because of the main concept rule of Hokkaidon’s food needs the fresh materials and ingredients.  The Designer has created the design elements from the traditional fishing way call “Ukai” which could catch the freshest fish from the river by the Birds. All the Ukai fishing methods were metaphor transferring to the design elements of Hokkaidon Restaurant such as: the Birds are the Pendent Lamps, Fishing Rope to use as the hanging lighting system, and Wooden Boat as the main counter bar.
