The post tension long span residence, the owner prefer the modern, clean design and easy for maintenance as the main concept.  The designer received the main concept and created the idea of minimal living to the house by using the small number of materials and details, yet keep the bigger space not to separate by wall per each function and to connect all spaces by the 2nd-floor front void.
