The Promenade Residence

               The two different generations with the two-difference concept were combined in the same residence. The existing residence building was built in the ’90s and was already renovated once in the millennium era, and also the new building will be built on the new lifestyle base activity. The two-perception concept implements are totally different, not only by the generation but also by occupied the space are also not the same. 

               10. Design team used the “Corridor” as the linkage to merge all the new and old spaces tighten together.  By this strategy, the long corridor with the canapé created the shade to protect from the sun and high temperature during the late afternoon.  The long canapé together with the façade sunscreen is one of the new house elements, yet the corridor along the front of the house created the new character and the house identity related two spaces together
