The Japanese Culture and Japanese food are told to the same principle _ “The Simple way of life”.. Sushi Tama is in the same of the concept on those issues.  The Designer brings the Character of the Japanese way of life and together with the Art of Japanese Food blinding all together with the main concept design of Sushi Tama.  The Pure Nature materials: Stone, Pine Wood use as the sushi counter. The top restaurant bulkhead was created from the 御守  Omamori or Pray Tags as the food menu. The Storage shelf back of it derived from traditional Japanese cabinet たんす Tansu, and the Fresh Red paint from だるま Daruma Doll.
